I have recently had to good fortune of being offered a summer job. This job is special to me because it is my third job from the "America's Sexiest Jobs" published each year by Annual Sexy Job Report. I will be a wildland fire fighter. Add this one to lifeguard and college writing teacher, and I am HOT STUFF. Right? Don't women love lifeguards, firefighters, and college professors? I wonder if my job as a physical therapy aide/massage boy/towel boy is on the list?

My Sexiest job? Working in the fields picking beans and pulling weeds-- I got the sexiest farmer tan and bleached out hair. Never mind the blisters on the backs of my ears and the dirty fingernails.
Least Sexy job I have ever had? Case worker-- aren't they always frumpy and mean in the movies? They are never portrayed as "sexy".
To be honest, most of my jobs have been sexy in name and reputation only. As a lifeguard, I clumsily smeared sun-screen on my own back, watched over-weight people do water aerobics, and was hit on by 13 year old girls. As a college instructor, I have not yet taught the sexy subjects of revolutionary literature and poetry, I do not know any french, and most of my students think I am too young. As I firefighter, I have only begun to fill out about 30 pages of paperwork.
Truly, the sexiest job was physical therapy aide. I gave ice massages to the calves of young female dancers, rubbed many a naked back with an ultra-sound wand, led many young females in a variety of exercises and stretches, and made my roommates drool over the stories.
