Cousins
I just had to put something different-- I am tired of seeing myself in spandex, okay? I really have nothing too interesting to write. I do want to say, after reading Suzie P.'s comment, that we do need to get together for a cousin reunion. Mo mentioned that on Saturday, also. I am grateful for all you cousins. I am glad that we were able to do so many things together growing up-- no matter how far apart our families were. I am glad our parents took the time to get us together. After Aunt Ruthy's funeral, I realized that because of our experiences together growing up, even when lots of time passes until we see each other again-- we have that connection still. It was nice to see so many of you there, but then I realized that there were lots we didn't get to see. I also didn't get to talk to all the people I would like to have visited with. We can have the cousin reunion here at my place-- I know it is sort of out of the way, but you are all welcome. Any other ideas would be great. When will C.P.O and Blanche be back from France? Any others coming to Utah soon? Let's try to do something. Any suggestions welcome on this blog.....

I agree with everything you said. It has been alot of time since I saw some of Larry and Ruthy's kids but it didn't feel that way when we saw each other. It made me realize how much I appreciated all of the experiences we had growing up. Matt and Jase and I we cracking up about some of the things we used to do up at Alturas in the church cabins.
Does anyone have Jase, Matt and Megan's email addresses? We can just send them an invite to the blog.
I love cousins, they rock. I really want to make the cousins reunion this time. I don't live in a far distant part of the country for the first time in 5 years!
I also live close. Count me in, as long as I am not on a fire.

And even I am close now! Will miracles never cease! CPO and M-L will be back the end of August but don't wait for them...let's do it...as soon as I get back from Texas...and get moved in...and get organized...okay, don't wait for all that either.
I thought Matt and Amber wanted to do it at their place? At least that is what Momma said.
Yes they do....I will get a hold of them.
Matt and Amber have volunteered their backyard. I took them up on it for some time in September. I will keep you all posted.
I too love my cousins! And even though I probably couldn't make a physical reunion anytime soon, I love that we blog! Please do invite "the others." I would so love to re-connect and know what's going on with them all!
