Afton and I drove by the temple site today. The builders have made lots of progress! On the south side it has the granite exterior up, but the north side still looks like it is unfinished. It is so gorgeous out there in the open!
Thanks for the update photos Abby! That is so great. I still can't believe that a temple will be there. It was more surprising to hear about a temple being built there than it was to hear one was to be built in Catholic Spain!! (I guess that shows my lack of faith...)
I already told him I would volunteer to be a worker for him. I should be careful because that could mean that I don't get to see the inside of the temple!

Look at that. Our very own neighborhood temple. When you live next door to a temple, do you still go shopping after a session?
Not only is the temple in our former backyard it is conveniently located near the mall and a new strip mall!

I may be able to guarantee parking for all...I know the head of parking for the dedication...
