Lyndon is another year older today. He likes it when he catches up to me in years, but that will only last for another 6 months. He's the best in oh, so many ways. I hope you have a happy day Lyndon (eventhough right at this moment he is moving a ward member and then after that helping another get rid of a matterace...so maybe I'll see him sometime today).I made him a pie.
He likes pies and the first time he asked me to make him one for his birthday, I was very worried about how it would turn out. Now, I have fun with it. I still struggle with the pastry, the blasted doe is so hard to make...for me at least. But I must brag that this one was fun this year.

Um. Missy, maybe you should use dough to make the pie instead of a doe-- it would be a lot easier. (tee hee). That looks really yummy!
