Sorry for the blurry image but from the bus, I give you a view of the country side. In Israeli territory there are hugh farms including date palm plantations. There are over 230 million "hand planted" trees in Israel. Where it is desolate it is either Arab-Palistinian territory or to dry to plant.Mom is standing by ruins at Qumran, a ritual bath. Qumran is where the Dead Sea Scrolls were found. Well off to breakfast. Love to all
