We were very excited to have our cousins (the Mike and Wendy clan) come and visit today. Of course, their dad is off fighting fires in scorching weather, and we were basking in the sun by the cool (actually FREEZING) spring water of our town. The kids were die-hards and I think they will sleep well tonight.
No, Ian is not sinking into the slide-- his shorts blend in...
The kids would go up and down, up and down, and Ian would recharge on the hammock for a little bit and warm up, too.

It was so much fun, thank again. Unfortunately, the kids ended up staying up until 11pm! Yikes!

No-- we wondered if that is what she might think, though. It is really fun. I really was sick of the girls going to everyone else's house to play-- so we are just keeping up with the Jones's!!! Really, we have thought about getting one for a while. Come and play sometime!!

I think it's sturdy enough to hold adults. Next time I'm definitely going to bring my swim suit and give it a try. The worst part is the freezing cold water!
It IS very cold-- but it can hold adults-- thanks to Wendy showing me where the vent was so that I could close it. The first time I jumped on it, I hit the ground and didn't slide-- it didn't have enough pressure to hold me up. After the problem was solved, it was fun to go down but COLD!!
