Now in York

We are finally back to internet for free with our room. So it is too hard at this point to catch you up with the Cotswold, William Tyndale's monument, Glouchester Cathedral (parts of Harry Potter was filmed here) and Stratford upon Avon. So I will just give you a glimpse of today at Warwick castle. I wish all of you could have been here. The grandkids would have loved it. It is a wonderful Castle and we had so much fun. They had an archer doing long bows shots and teaching you about long bowmen, a dungeon that was truly scarey, a tribuchette that shot fire balls and birds of prey. So here are a few pictures. We love you all and hope that Claire Bear had a great birthday. Here are some views

I tried to download a video of the tribuchette firing but the internet is so slow it was taking forever and it is past midnight here. So I'll have to show you later. love to all

Did you take any photos of the Bard's hometown?

That looks like a fun castle!! The fake food looks better than my real food.

Way fun! Were those ladies made of wax, or were they real?

Ohhh, I love old castles. Not that I have seen many, but I love the history. That sounds so cool. My boys would have loved the dungeon and the longbow men!

Yes we took pictures of the Bard's home town and learned all kinds of things about his family. The people behind me are wax. We get home next Monday at 7pm. And the Cotswold area is beautiful and the Glouschester Cathedral will definitely remind you of Harry Potter.I got some more photos of knights tombs and Kings tombs. Very facinating if you like history like me.
