Lyndon and I had friends volunteer to watch the girls while we ran away to NYC to see Wicked. We managed to see most sites (not pay to go inside, but at least step in the entrance of some).

I got tickets to Wicked for $66!!! Do you think it's possible to feel the spirit while listening to a "wicked witch" sing a song? I was completely blown away! The CD does not compare. I had chills the whole show from those amazing vocals!!
This one above is for Jared (this is right on Times Square). I didn't think to take a picture of the bus with the big "I LOVE THE BOOK OF MORMON"- granted it was for the Broadway show, but it's a pretty positive message driving through out the city.

Wow. Looks like fun. They don't promote mormon diversity here in Idaho. I should move to NY where mormons can have long hair and play with falcons.

People always say the Statue of Liberty is smaller in real life, but WHOA-- I didn't know she was that tiny!!! So glad you had a great time.

Great urban adventure! I was listening to Wicked here in Sweden just last week--it sounds just as good here! How fun for you guys! Did you know that Carrie and Todd are living in CT for a few months? You could have stopped by to see them coming or going!
I emailed the mormon.org photos to the ward council and the ward missionaries. I think people around here are still kind of weary of it.
NYC is Wicked fun (bad joke I know). But seriously, it is an awesome place to visit. I am glad you guys had so much fun.
I just bought a falcon Mike and I am working on the long hair. I think the long hair falcon dude looks like Eric Estrada...
