Nauvoo was really fun. We went back today and then finished at Carthage and then drove till we couldn't stand it any more, got a motel, swam, did laundry and here I am.

2 days in Nauvoo then Westward Ho
I will be brief. It is late and I am sitting in the dark of our motel room in Stuart Iowa just past DeSoto where John Wayne was born (don't ya know) Everyone else is a sleep but I thought I would put up a few pictures. We have traveled over 1800 miles and we are about 90 miles out of Winter Quarters or Council Bluffs as it is called now. Glad we aren't doing this in an oxen drawn wagon!
