This is not your wife, btw. Is it daunting to have a home? After 5 years of marriage and no house yet, I've been "institutionalized" in a way--I don't know if I could make it on the outside (of apartment life), the yard to take care of, no free exercise room (right, like I use it)....
Go the house route, our mortgage looks like it will be cheaper than our current rent, and we will get the mortgagae $$ back (hopefully) when we sell!

Mike's comments remind me, when Grandma asked if Rich has native companions, I told her his companion was Lindonian. She said, "Oh, that's nice, Lindonian?"
I responded, yes, and Rich is Orimanian.
